The company is seeking an individual for our corporate print location in Shelbyville, KY.
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team.
Our ideal candidate must be able to follow direction and work with others as well as work independently without direct supervision.
As part of this position, you will be responsible for operating embroidery machines, DTG, transfer printers for apparel and related items as well as using a vinyl printer / cutter and maintaining inventory of apparel and company items.
This position will include physical duties meaning you must be able to stand, crouch, and lift objects up to 50 pounds, climb stair steps and pack parcels throughout your shift.
Our ideal candidate has prior experience with embroidery machines, apparel printers and vinyl cutter / printer and able to perform routine maintenance, trouble shooting and problem solving to resolve issues.
Experience with various software and strong data entry skills is preferred.
Prior experience in operating a tow motor is preferred but not required Duties and Responsibilities include Receive and fulfill orders in a timely, efficient and accurate manner Operate embroidery machines, DTG / transfer printers, vinyl cutter / printer / heat press Knowledge and / or ability to learn to perform routine maintenance and trouble-shooting as needed to resolve issues and to achieve maximum machine performance based on equipment specifications Responsible for proper start-up and shut-down procedures including adding foundation, ink refills, pressurization and other duties related to proper machine operation Note inventory levels and alert supervisor to potential issues Other duties as assigned Requirements and Qualifications Observe Safe work and perform all duties in a Safe manner at all times to avoid injury or damage Follow directions while working independently with attention to detail for accurate results A high school diploma or GED certificate and ability to successfully pass routine background check Prior experience or understanding of embroidery machines, DTG printers and vinyl cutter / printer The physical ability to stand, crouch, and lift objects up to 50 pounds throughout a standard workday while working Safe and following all company rules Strong interpersonal and communication skills including verbal and written communication Computer proficiency Pay and Benefits $ 20.
