Develop and retain product knowledge.
Check identification to determine eligibility for product purchases.
Display a friendly and outgoing attitude through good eye contact and body language.
Stock product and maintain displays according to planograms and merchandising standards.
Assist customers with finding items on shelves and make recommendations according to their preferences.
Keep the store clean and maintained in an organized manner.
Be able to understand POS and balance the cash register.
Accurately price and label products as needed.
Other duties as assigned.
Skills:
Detail-oriented and organized.
Strong listening and communications skills.
Willingness to learn with job specific technology.
Problem solving competence and eagerness to troubleshoot when necessary.
Ability to stand for long periods of time.
Exercise basic math skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of the team.
Ability to lift up to 20 pounds.
