Human Resources Manager - Manufacturing
Our client is a growing automotive supplier, and is looking to add a Human Resources Manager to their plant in the central KY area.
The Human Resources Manager will provide plant wide HR support, including:
- compensation and benefits
- employee relations
- EHS / Safety
- employee handbook
- departmental management
- budgeting and forecasts
- hiring / staffing
- policies and procedures
- training
- compliance - Federal, state and local requirements
Bachelor's Degree required, Human Resources or Business preferred, with at seven years current manufacturing experience, three at a manager's level. Manufacturing experience is required, non-union automotive strongly preferred.
PHR or SPHR certification a strong plus.
Base salary to the $80k range with full benefits. Relocation package available. Opportunity for advancement in the larger corporate structure.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
